We arrive at 20:00
And the receptionist was angry that we came that late( so sorry I had plans 😐)
The room was at the second floor and the guy couldn't find the key, after I had to take our luggage through the narrow stairs while he is guiding the way and carry the heavy key 😶🌫️
The room was dirty
The ac was broken
Small room with mold smell
This hotel definitely need renovation and staff training asap

The perfect place to stay
An amazing big room, with windows and balconies gust on the sea front - who needs more for the perfect stay ?
Nicola and the team are great, very pleasant hospitality.
The restaurant at the rooftop is an experience by itself.
Fantastic breakfast with the breez coming from the blue sea in front...
Ask for the Spa great options....

A true megical expirience
A true megical expirience at Acotika. We were updraded to the posh "Romantica" suite. A new, high standards room within the old Acre city. Meir and Nicola are great hosts. The rooftop bar has magnficent sea views and the evening drinks and breakfast were superb. Highly recommanded!

Unique set up with different rooms in the old part of Akko. However, there was no breakfast although I prepaid for breakfast, check in was in a short window of time, check out wasn’t available in the morning and the front desk wouldn’t answer the phone or text as I tried to figure out how I would make my early departure without assistance with luggage. The room wasn’t clean at all, hot water handle came off when I tried to turn on the water….and on.

We stayed for one night and had the chance of being upgraded to the romantic suite. It was such a great surprise, this room was truly the most beautiful room I ever slept in. It was made with a lot of taste, has a huge bath in it and even a waterfall!! You are in the middle of the old city and you are able to really feel the vibe of the city within the room thanks to its beautiful stone walls. I would recommend this hotel and this room without a doubt for anyone looking for a romantic getaway. @akotika hotel, TODA RABA

The best place to stay in old Akko. Perfect location special atmosphere and amazing decor in the room. Great experience, great service and rooftop with mind blowing view . It was really special stay in the city

In the heart of the old city of Acre, this boutique hotel offers a super comfortable suites with an amazing view to the Mediterranean sea. The suite is very specious, clean and pleasant. The suite with the balcony is highly recommended. The breakfast by chef Salah is fresh and amazing.
